The sensitivity of adult mice and their offspring to orally ingested copper and nickel and the toxic effects of the metals on the different organ systems were studied. Adult mice mortality, effects on reproduction, body and organ weights, white blood cell counts, pathologies, open field behaviour of offspring, and histomorphological studies of tissue were discussed.
